How Teachers Can Reduce Stress And Have a Calmer More Peaceful 2017

I am very passionate about a modality called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and have experienced some very excellent results using this technique.  I would like to spread the word about this fantastic tool to as many people as possible.  I am therefore offering teachers a zero cost consultation to learn the basics of this technique, to help them reduce stress.

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful and effective technique that an be used on any issue, problem, upset, feeling or limiting belief.  It can quickly, often in minutes, reveal its power to effect change.  EFT has the power to begin to shift negative feelings, emotions and limiting beliefs, often in a matter of minutes.  It has the power to instantly lower stress and makes an effective tool to use for work related issues.

EFT uses self-acupressure tapping on certain meridian endpoints on the face and body, whilst verbalising the issue at the same time. When we think about or experience an emotional upset, this results in the bodies electrical energy system becoming disrupted and blocked.  This blockage/disruption then creates a negative emotion/feeling.

When verbalising and focusing on the issue that needs addressing and at the same time tapping on the energy points, releases the blocked energy.  When the energy for the issue has been re-balanced the negative emotion/feeling disappears.  This restores mind and body balance.  The tapping itself produces a calming effect. EFT is similar to acupuncture without needles.

EFT is a tool that certainly seems strange at first to people who are new to EFT, but the benefit of EFT are often quickly revealed.

EFT can be used on any stress issue and is an excellent technique for teachers to use as a self-help technique.

Workload Stress

Stress has an impact on the mind and can create problems with focus, concentration, memory and productivity.  Releasing stress will help productivity and performance.

When feeling stressed and overwhelmed, EFT can be used to release tension and pressure.  It can also be used to release fear, anxiety, worries, frustration or limiting beliefs around workload issues.

Inspection Stress

EFT can be used the tap on any negative emotion/feeling or belief/s around inspections.

Difficult and Challenging Situations

EFT could be used to tap away the stress, feelings and emotions experienced as a result of pupil behaviour or created by any other challenging situation.

When it is anticipated that a situation will be difficult or challenging, EFT could be used before entering a situation.  This will release the stress, worries, beliefs that is anticipated will happen.

During a difficult situation, EFT can be used to help one keep calm and in control.  There are discreet ways of applying EFT in public.

EFT can be used after a difficult situation has happened.  When one is angry, upset or stressed about a situation that has happened, EFT can be used to release the emotions and feelings.

If teachers do not wish to use EFT whilst at work, they can use EFT at home to tap on their emotional feelings and stress.
